A Brief History of the Company in the Past Three Years
In late 2023, ownership of the company was transferred to the current management. In mid-2024, a strategic partnership was established with GAZ Brom.
The partnership includes the purchase of a 50% stake in the company for $5 million and financing the project with $5 million to increase the mine’s production capacity.
A new plant has already been built and commissioned, producing 10,000 tons of manganese ore per month. Previous studies (electromagnetic studies, drilling (sondaj) studies, and current studies (geophysical studies) have been completed. Geological maps of the site have also been drawn and confirmed (currently).
The Russian partner has caused delays in implementation due to delays in decision-making and lack of authorization from the Russian owners. We are now looking for a new partner and removing the Russian partner in accordance with the contract signed between us to continue manganese mining.The company operated manganese and chrome mining operations until 2019. Asmad Mining, Marble and Other Activities Company was established in June 2008 in Antalya. The company obtained manganese and chrome mining concessions in 2009.
